What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

How to reach us

Three ways, all going to the same person.

  • Call: (604) 632-4959. Best for a quick conversation about whether we're a fit.
  • Text: (604) 632-4959. Handy if you're between appointments or on site. Keep it short; we'll call back if it needs a conversation.
  • Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best when you want to attach numbers, a plan, or an agency proposal for us to review.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Translated to Eastern time, we pick up from midday until nine at night, which means you can reach us after your own busy morning, or at the end of the day once the shop is closed.

Response time: We usually reply within one business day.

What to include in your first message

Three or four lines are enough to start; more detail just helps us prepare. The most useful things to tell us:

  1. What the business does and roughly how long it's been running.
  2. Where you operate: the Ontario towns or regions your customers mostly come from.
  3. A revenue range, even a rough one, such as under $1 million, $1–3 million, or over $3 million.
  4. The one result you'd most like twelve months from now.
  5. What you've already tried, including any agency or consultant you've worked with.

A template you can copy

Hi Ali, I run [Business name], a [type of business] based in [City], serving mostly [towns or region]. We've been operating for [number] years and revenue is roughly [range]. In the next year I'd like to [one goal]. We've tried [what you've tried] and the main problem is [problem]. You can reach me at [phone or email], ideally around [time].

Replace the brackets with your details. If you'd rather just call, that's fine too.

What happens next

From first message to a written proposal usually takes about a week.

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, to set up a free 30-minute call at a time that suits you.
  2. The call: we ask about your numbers, customers and goals, and you ask whatever you like about how we work.
  3. A recommendation: if there's a fit, we suggest a format, such as an hourly session, a project like the growth diagnosis, or a retainer, with an honest view of what it could achieve.
  4. A written scope and quote: clear deliverables, timeline and price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
  5. Kickoff: a data request and the first working session.

If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you on the call.

Before you get in touch

A little preparation makes the free call much more useful. If you have ten minutes, gather:

  • last year's revenue, split by service, product line or customer type if you can
  • the towns your best customers came from
  • any marketing reports you already receive
  • login status for your website, domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts

Our one-page growth plan guide walks you through the same thinking we'll do on the call.

Privacy and messages

We only use your contact details to respond to you. We don't add people to marketing lists, and we only send messages to people who have contacted us first. That's in keeping with Canada's anti-spam rules, which we explain, with links to official sources, in our guide to marketing rules for Ontario businesses.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours in Ontario time?

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. On an Ontario clock, that runs from noon until 9 in the evening, so owners who are busy all morning can still call after lunch or once the day's work is done.

How quickly will you reply?

We usually reply within one business day. If you text or call outside our hours, we'll respond the next business day.

Should we call, text or email?

Whichever suits you. Calls are fastest for a quick fit check. Texts work well if you're on a job site. Email is best if you want to send numbers or documents for us to look at before we talk.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and, where we can, suggest what kind of help would suit you better.

Will you add us to a mailing list?

No. We only reply to people who contact us first, and we don't send marketing messages without consent.
