Results from our HVAC work, and what transfers

Our published results come from heating and cooling companies. We show them because the methods behind them, local search, content, conversion and follow-up, apply to many Ontario service businesses.

Every number on this page comes from our HVAC work and is linked to the client's live website. We don't have published case studies from other sectors yet, so we won't pretend we do. What follows is the evidence, what each result shows, and an honest view of which lessons an Ontario clinic, retailer, trade or service firm could use.

What each result shows

Roma Heating & Cooling: patient search work compounds

Organic traffic grew 400% in 12 months. Our takeaway: organic search visibility keeps paying after the work is done. Unlike ads, it doesn't switch off when the budget does.

What transfers: any Ontario business that customers search for by service and town, such as physiotherapy, accounting practices, landscaping or auto repair, can apply the same structure. Our local marketing service is built on it.

BCWide.ca: speed matters when the base is right

Leads tripled in 90 days. The takeaway for other owners: when the fundamentals are right, results don't always take a year. A quarter can be enough to see a clear change.

What transfers: if your business has never had its basics done properly, the first quarter can produce the biggest jump. Our website and conversion work is designed to find and fix missing fundamentals first.

HVACDeal.ca: volume with cost discipline

500+ leads at a 12:1 return on investment. The point isn't the volume alone. A figure like 12:1 only exists because return on spend was measured, not guessed.

What transfers: measuring marketing return honestly. Many Ontario SMBs can't tell you what a new customer costs them. Our growth diagnosis fixes that first.

HeatLand: content at scale, with a lead result

850+ SEO articles and a 300% lead increase in six months. Large content programmes are not for every business, but this shows what a sustained publishing effort can do in a category where buyers research before calling.

What transfers: businesses whose buyers ask lots of questions before deciding, such as renovation, financial planning support or specialised B2B suppliers, can build trust with genuinely useful answers.

What doesn't transfer

Some parts of these results are specific to HVAC, and we want you to know which.

  • Emergency demand. Heating failures in winter create urgent searches. Most businesses don't have that kind of spike.
  • High job values. HVAC replacements are large purchases. If your average sale is $80, the same lead cost won't work.
  • Seasonality. Heating and cooling follow the weather closely. Your seasons will follow something else, such as school terms, tourism or fiscal year-ends.

That's why we start every engagement with your own numbers, not with someone else's case study.

How we'd measure your results

We agree a short set of measures in the first month and report against them monthly. Typically:

  1. Enquiries by source and by target town.
  2. Enquiry-to-sale rate.
  3. Revenue and gross margin in the priority lines.
  4. Marketing cost per new customer.

Every quarter we compare progress with the targets in your plan. If the numbers aren't moving, we say so. You can see how this works in practice on the monthly advisory page, and what it costs on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have results from businesses outside HVAC?

Our published, verifiable case studies are from HVAC and heating companies. We don't present them as results in other sectors. What we can show is how the same methods would be applied to your business and what we'd measure.

Will our business get the same numbers?

Not necessarily. Each result reflects a specific company, market, budget and starting point. They show what the method can do under good conditions, not a forecast for you.

Can we speak to these clients?

The client names and live websites are linked so you can see the businesses yourself. The full set of case studies is published on HVAC.Agency.

How do you decide what to measure for a new client?

We agree targets during the diagnosis, usually enquiries from target towns, enquiry-to-sale rate, revenue in priority lines and marketing cost per new customer. Those become the monthly report.
